What makes Quality Laser Welded Tubing For Pressure Tube Applications?
The vast majority of welded pressure tubing is produced principally using the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process.
This same process is often commonly referred to as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas). With the recent advent of reliable high
power laser power sources the Laser Beam Welding (LBW) process is becoming more common for the production of
pressure tubing to ASTM A249 or ASME SA249 specifications.
